Mechanics Wear
SYLISH TRACKSIDE KIT FOR MECHANICS
For some racing series, mechanics’ suits don’t need to be FIA-approved. But, especially where you’re refuelling, in some cases they will have to be. Like racesuits, mechanics’ wear needs to be durable, breathable, flexible and practical. Garments must also keep oil off of skin or regular clothes. Mechanics who look the business also help you look (and therefore work) as a team. Learn more about our collection of suits for mechanics and superior-quality gloves – another essential, especially when handling small components.
FIA Mechanics Suits
You need durability and breathability for the high intensity mechanics experience during races. Our two-layer suits offer ultimate cooling, flexibility and practicality thanks to a stretch panel on the back, plus half-floating sleeves, a chest pocket and a pen pocket on the leg.
Non FIA Mechanics Suits
Many racing series don’t need mechanics’ suits to be FIA approved, and if you’re not refuelling, it’s not likely that you will actually be required to wear one. However, your crew will still want to wear one when working on the car.
Mechanics Gloves
Our mechanics’ gloves are made with a synthetic leather palm and fingers. Not only does this provide a precision grip when handling small components, but your trackside crew will also enjoy superior protection when dealing with hot parts. Plus they look great, too!
