2026 BTCC Season in Review

A look back at Torq’s partnership with Restart Racing in the 2026 BTCC, from fully printed Racecraft suits to DNA teamwear and supporter merchandise.

Our multi-year partnership with Restart Racing continued in the 2026 British Touring Car Championship (BTCC), with two important developments that expanded Torq’s involvement both on and off the track. Having previously worn our Superlight race suits, the drivers moved into our fully printed Racecraft suits this season.

Chosen for their design flexibility and modern aesthetics, Racecraft gave the team greater freedom to bring its colours and branding together in a distinctive design for the BTCC grid.

For the first time, we also produced Restart Racing merchandise, with the collection available to supporters through the Torq website. This extended our relationship beyond supplying the drivers and team, giving fans another way to show their support throughout the season.

Introducing merchandise alongside our existing racewear and teamwear supply marked an exciting new chapter in the partnership, connecting Torq with the wider Restart Racing community.

Alongside the race suits and merchandise, we equipped the team with our DNA clothing range, including polos, quarter-zips, raincoats and gilets.

Together, these projects gave us the opportunity to showcase our full offering: racewear for the drivers, coordinated clothing for team personnel and merchandise for supporters. We thank everyone at Restart Racing for continuing to trust Torq and for giving us the opportunity to demonstrate the breadth of our range in the BTCC paddock.
