Driver & Team Stories

Archie Clark

From cadet karting to Porsche Carrera Cup GB, follow Archie Clark’s journey with Torq — one of our first athletes, and still part of our story.

The early karting years: Archie in his number 43 kart.

Archie Clark has been part of the Torq story since the early days, joining us as one of our first Torq athletes in the karting division. Wearing some of our earliest developed kart suits as he progressed through his karting career from cadets into juniors, Archie brought us along on his journey, building a partnership that has continued as both he and Torq have progressed.

Watching a driver who represented us at the beginning take each new step in his career makes his progress particularly special to the brand.

Archie in Torq Superlight racewear during his 2025 season.

In 2024, Archie made the move from karting into car racing, with Torq continuing to supply his racewear. His first car racing suit was a Torq Superlight, marking a milestone in a relationship that had previously been all about kartwear.

Having produced his suits through those early years, we were proud to create the racewear for his next challenge and see him carry the Torq name into cars in Ginetta Juniors and then into senior GT racing in 2025.

Porsche Carrera Cup GB in 2026: Archie’s number 43 on track.

For 2026, Archie has stepped up to Porsche Carrera Cup GB and now has one of our latest fully printed Racecraft race suits. From cadet karting to the Carrera Cup paddock, his journey reflects just how far he has come since first wearing Torq.

Seeing Archie represent us in our latest racewear brings those shared years together, and we are proud to continue supporting a driver who has been part of our story from the start.
